In Custer Corporation employs more than 650 people. The companies operating in Peru, Ecuador, Costa Rica and Colombia.
Felipe Antonio Custer Hallett , PresidentHe graduated in economics from Harvard University and has an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is currently Executive Chairman of the Corporation Custer comprising ten companies, is Director of the Youth Orchestra of the Americas (YOA) of Washington, DC Is Board Member David Rockefeller Center for Latin American Studies (DRCLAS) at Harvard and member of the Board of the Global Initiative of the Business School of the same university. During the last twelve years has been dedicated to developing social issues. So make 1996 the Custer Foundation and in 1998 his "Learning Together" program.
Pamela Abdala Nazal, Executive Director Graduated in Law and Political Science at the University of Lima, began her career in academics always leaning towards social projects. Directs the Foundation since October 2013 and is responsible for the organization and supervision of social projects ("Aprendamos Juntos" and the scholarship program of the Youth Orchestra of the Americas), the management of financial resources and institutional relations, among others.
Milagros López-Guerra Moreno, Board Member Graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Lima, began her career in the areas of marketing and marketing dedicated to the industry and trade enterprises. Directs the Foundation since August 2000 until October 2013, and is now member of the Board, supporting strategic decisions.
Felipe Custer Edwards, Board MemberBachelor Degree in International Development from Emory University and Master in Communication, Culture and Technology at Georgetown University. Recent years has held a private consultant in Washington, DC, dedicated to Corporate Social Responsibility projects. He co-founded a consultancy called InsideRSE promoting corporate social responsibility in Latin America.
